The owner, oenologist and viticulturist, is in charge of supervising the vineyards where these unique wines are born, vintage after vintage, since 1997. He also collaborates with large wineries abroad, most notably with Vanessa Wong of Peay Vineyards, considered one of the top 3 winemakers in the US.
The wines produced in this winery are 100% estate wines, the whole process takes place in the surrounding vineyards and in the cellars of the winery itself.

Even if you are not a wine connoisseur, you will enjoy the experience just as much, since you will learn many things about oenology from welcoming people who will infect you with their passion for wine.
And if you are already a wine expert, you will have the opportunity to try new surprising flavours and to get to know in depth the production processes of this small winery directly from the owners.

Upon your arrival, after welcoming you, we will begin our tour of the vineyards.
Then we will get into the small winery where we will explain in detail all the processes we perform and their differentiation from the rest of the industry since these are high altitude vineyards, and therefore have different challenges than in other places.

Such a differentiation can be tasted in each glass. These wines naturally express the character that gives its origin, its agroclimatic and cultural environment.

We will visit the barrel cellar and the temperature controlled deposit before going to the winery to taste the wines directly from the fermentation and conservation tanks. A real privilege!
During this experience you will be able to compare and contrast Malbec from different areas, you will also taste wines of different varieties, as well as a unique white of an almost extinct variety that is only cultivated in these vineyards.
