After studying gastronomy in Buenos Aires she went on to study pastry at the CORDON BLEU in Paris. At the completion of her studies she also worked here for the following 3 years to perfect her craft. Luckily for us since returning from Paris she is giving private classes teaching her passion.
During the workshop we will make 3 to 4 different types of pastries to enjoy from the most classical one to the most traditional one (made in the argentine countryside). Angie will reveal the top secrets and tricks to making fantastic pastries.
Once finished simply sit back and enjoy your fresh Argentine delicacies with some tea!
